Our Comfort Guarantee is unconditional, if you don’t agree our socks are comfortable then let us know within 30 days and we will refund you.

How To Claim Your Guarantee

1. Get in contact

If you're not satisfied with your new socks get in contact within 30 days. Email customer.services@bridgedale.com with
your feedback and a brief explanation.

2. We'll get in touch

After reviewing return
the socks as per instruction from us.

3. Refund processed

A refund of the purchase price will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the socks back in the original packaging.

Comfort Guarantee Conditions

Our Comfort Guarantee ensures you will experience comfort. Please review the following conditions:

  1. Only valid for the original purchaser and only when purchased from Bridgedale.com only.

  2. Valid for 30 days from order date.

  3. Refund will be processed once we receive the returned socks, with packaging.

  4. Customer is responsible for return of the socks.

  5. A refund of the purchase price will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the socks.

  6. Delivery charge is not included in refund.

  7. Comfort Guarantee is subject to change at Bridgedale’s discretion.
